tenfold automates the administrative tasks related to Exchange mailboxes in a transparent manner. When a new member enters the company, tenfold automatically generates a new mailbox for them. If the member switches to a different location within the company, tenfold automatically moves the mailbox to the new corresponding mailbox database. If the member leaves the company, tenfold archives the mailbox and deletes it, if necessary.
The tenfold Mailbox Lifecycle Plugin now supports hybrid Exchange Online environments in Office 365 in addition to pure on-premise installations of Microsoft Exchange® Tip: If you are interested in Office 365 in connection with tenfold, take a look at the “tenfold Office 365® User Lifecylce Plugin”.
For each new entry to, or exit from, the company, the tenfold Exchange Mailbox Lifecycle Plugin reduces the portfolio of administrative actions by one. It helps to save valuable time and reduces the source of errors.
