Self-Service Password Reset
tenfold’s self-service portal allows users to reset their password without the need to contact IT. Employees or their supervisors can request a new password directly via the self-service interface. For the password reset, users are redirected to an external web platform where they will have to verify their identity by clearing one or more security checks (email PIN code, security questions, authenticator app, etc.). Depending on your settings, users can set a new password for the Active Directory as well as any number of integrated third-party systems. For auditing and documentation purposes, the password reset is logged through tenfold’s change tracking system.
